[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #16148: htmlArea RTE: Missing cancel browser default after inserting character or emoticon

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Browser takes default action after inserting character or emoticon which 
causes return to site root. The issue does not arise in TYPO3 backend. 
It does in frameless FE.

Solution:
Stop the event.
