[TYPO3-core] RFC #4963: Feature: patch for typolink to allow individual windows-targets and -objects

Problem:
Typolinks using JSwindow have a hardcoded target "FEopenLink". So no 
individual window sizes possible if the user doesn't close the popup. So 
the second link will always be opened in the JS window of the first link 
- maybe with completely wrong window dimensions.

Steps to reproduce:
Set 2 links in RTE using 2 different JS window sizes (eg 300x300 and 
500x800). Then, in the FE, click them both after another.

Solution:
Hashing the target and appending it to the JS window target and object name.
