[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15995: Bug: doktype limitation is not applied to alternative page languages (pages_language_overlay)

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Branches: 4_3, 4_4, trunk

Since 4.3 it is possible to switch the doktype for alternative page 
languages. There are several places, where a check for doktype 
limitations is implemented, but only if the table is 'pages'.

Solution: these checks need to be done also for pages_language_overlay

Note: patch is for trunk (4.5) but it should be considered to fix this 
also in 4.4 and even 4.3
