[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug ##16087: htmlArea RTE: Missing soft hyphen entity in CharacterMap

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
The soft hyphen entity is missing in the character map feature.

Solution:
Add the entity and adjust css so that the cell is not collapsed due to 
the behaviour of this entity.
