[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added feature #15884: htmlArea RTE: Remove class Ext.ux.StatusBar

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Ext.ux.StatusBar was used for the status bar of the spell checker with 
the intent of using it also for the RTE status bar. However, it does not 
fit the needs of the RTE status bar, and therefore is of very limited use.

The class was an example produced by ExtJS, but was removed from ExtJS 
3.2 and therefore is not maintained anymore by ExtJS.

Solution:
Remove the class and references to it.
