[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #13057: htmlArea RTE sometimes deletes contents

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Contents of the RTE-enabled textarea may be lost if the RTE window is 
unloaded before the RTE has completed its initialization.

Solution:
Update the contents of the textarea only if the RTE has completed its 
initialization.

Backported from trunk.
