[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12514: Installtool duplicates values of fields with defaultTypoScript_constants

Hi,

just a little improvement:

It doesn't look nice to see this as original value for textareas:

www=1' . LF . 'zzz=3 ...

So i replaced the ' . LF . ' for the label with a pipe and added a title 
tag, which shows the original value with linebreaks (on browsers support 
that)
