Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
Textarea values are transformed to single line strings for saving in 
localconf.php.
When filling the form, the value in textarea isn't transformed back. 
This leads to uneditable content of textarea and write the wrong value 
each save.

Urgent!

Fix:
transform the value back for textarea.
