[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14360: htmlArea RTE: Toolbar and context menu styling needs adjustments

FYI: Yet another follow-up patch was committed to trunk (revision 7927).

This one fixes some small glitches that appeared after introduction of 
the new BE skin, mainly with positioning of the combo box triggers in 
the toolbar.

Also replacing the help icon to match the icon used in new BE.
