[TYPO3-core] RFC #11221 : Feature : Separate firstname and lastname columns in fe_users table

Problem:
there is no firstname column in fe_users table

Solution:
Add the field description in typo3/sysext/cms/tbl_cms.php
Add the sql definition in typo3/sysext/cms/ext_tables.sql
Add the field label in typo3/sysext/lang/locallang_general.xml
