yes, the core team is the latest instance.
So the important is: does the WS configuration works the same after 
update and upgrade script? Or is there a possibility that some group 
rights can change WS access rights?
If this is the case (and second not) i see no problem.
The change of this patch sounds good and is a progress in WS 
organization, but i didn't tested it yet.
