+1 by reading and testing 

Reading:
The changes inside the php files.

Testing:
After testing with Fx 3.5 the most functionality of the backend. Seems to 
work really fine, but I found some minor issues.

* Extension Manager -> Select Extension -> Back-Button in retro style
* Workspace Module (partly retro style) and Topbar Icon (incorrect width?)
* Web->Access is partly in retro style
  * User Overview -> some table cells
  * User Overview -> press one of the edit buttons inside the left cell -> 
retro style

The web access issue isn't a problem from Steffen's patch and was already an 
unfixed issue before.

The issue that the backend isn't usable in *all* IE browsers is currently a 
real problem and must be fixed by integrating a css merger asap.
