You're completely right but this is not what they do.

I think we are all contributing quite a lot and especially Francois and 
Steffen. The stuff I see often though with you is that you hardly accept 
others suggestions to enhance what you did except if you cannot make it 
the other way (e.g., by CGL typo). Why don't you accept others 
suggestion? It's not meaning your first (draft) was bad, just that it 
could still be enhanced.
