[TYPO3-core] RFC #9683: Store OpenID information in database instead of using the filesystem

Just tried it again. Now this patch works for me. Seems something went wrong when I applied the 
patch the first time.

To those where it doesn't work. Make sure twice that you updated the database und cleared the cache 
after applying the patch.

Firefox and Chrome under Vista with myopenid.com
