[TYPO3-core] RFC #9683: Store OpenID information in database instead of using the filesystem

sorry sorry: i did test it BEFORE applying patch #9683:
with this patch (openid on db) it seems to work perfecly!

now i'll try on different systems and with different OpenID (now i was  
using just myopenid.com )
