[TYPO3-core] FYI72: Fix bug #12623: Validation issues in sysext scheduler: Fix several errors

FYI: Committed Ernesto's 12623_04.diff to trunk, rev. 6501.

I did another test-run and didn't find any further problems. Hope this
is clean now. Thanks guys for support on this one, I've been running a
bit out of time lately.
