I do not have the answer :( I know that TYPO3 recreates the files when the extension is installed. So it should work if rsaauth is installed through the EM. At least it does here. I uninstall with EM, logout, login with superchallenged, install with EM, logout, login with RSA. Doesn't it work for anybody else this way?
