[TYPO3-core] RFC #13095: Massuploader: Max file size is shown in KB

Hey all,

This is a SVN patch request.

Type: Bugfix (HCI issue)

Branches: 4.3, trunk

Problem:
The massuploader shows the max file size in kilobytes.
   "You can upload files with a maximum size of 16384 KB."
Do your editors know, how much 16384 KB is?

Solution:
Display this in MB, which is more human readable.
