[TYPO3-core] RFC #12742: BE-login screen: Login box with spinner becomes to small and label not centered

Hey all,

This is a SVN patch request.

Type: Bugfix

Branches: 4.3, trunk

BT ref: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=12742

Problem:
* The height of the login box is to small, when the spinner is shown.
* The label "Login is verified" is not centered in translated backends

Solution:
* Set the height of the <div id="t3-login-process"> to the height of the  
login form
* center the label

Notes:
* Screenshots in BT
* Additional height by the login-error messages is not respected.
