[TYPO3-core] RFC #13093: Massuploader: Window is not closable

Hey all,

This is a christmas SVN patch request.

Type: Bugfix (HCI issue)

Branches: 4.3, trunk

Problem:
The tiny massuploader window is not closable (has no X icon to close,  
doesn't vanish on Esc press).
Instead, only the button "Cancel all uploads" can be used to close the  
window.
This is a weird and annoying behavior (HCI issue)

Solution:
* Add an X button to close the window and listen to Esc key
* Enable "Cancel all uploads" only when uploads are currently done
