[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #10843: htmlArea RTE: IE7 complains when reference is made to attribute xml:lang

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
IE7 raises a js error when reference is made to attribute xml:lang.

Solution:
Catch the error as IE8 and all other browsers will honour the reference.
