[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #10844: htmlArea RTE: IE8 creates erroneous ranges when selection is empty

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When the selection is empty (the cursor is in the RTE editing area but 
nothing is highlighted), IE8 creates erroneous ranges leading to various 
erratic behaviours of the RTE.

Solution:
Reclaim focus on the editor window before creating any range.
