In fact Steffen is right, and as I implemented it I also remember having 
it on my ToDo list. Regarding your argument: wouldn't it be good for the 
editors to always have the thing at the same spot then - even when 
installing new toolbar items (like open documents f.e.)?

so +1 on the idea
