This was discussed in HCI Team in Arnheim. It was proposal from Jens and 
decided from team.
Reason: comparing with OS you have search or help ever at same position 
(right side)

We have search on the right

Now when extensions add own icons to toolbar they are added at the end.

So what i did is

login | WS | Shortcuts | Cache | [User plugins] | Search

who should learn what new?
We don't have extensions yet that expands toolbar (except extdeveval and 
opendocs)

This is why i said it's HCI issue, it has a reason and it belongs to 
usability.
