[TYPO3-core] FYI: Feature/cleanup/bugfix: Further restructuring of plugins of htmlArea RTE

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
This patch completes the restructuring of all plugins of htmlArea RTE so 
that they all use the new API.

Solution:
- Restructure plugins QuickTag, UserElements and TableOperations.
- Move to extensions/plugins colors, fonts, language (direction), word 
cleaning and lists.
- There should be no functionality change of these plugins.
- Some of the side effects are that these plugins will work in Firefox 3 
and that hotkeys may be assigned to buttons registered by these plugins.
