[TYPO3-core] FYI: Cleanup/Feature: Making htmlArea RTE Acronym plugin an 'inner' extension and enabled in IE7

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Type:
Cleanup/Feature/bugfix

Problem:
The Acronym plugin is removed from any htmlArea RTE main script and 
becomes an 'inner' extension using the new plugin API.

Solution:
This patch should have no functional effect except that the plugin may 
be extended/overridden, a hotkey may be configured for the button in 
Page TSConfig, and the plugin will work in Firefox 3 and in IE 7. A 
minor bugtracker issue is also fixed.
