Problem:
This is a major enhancement to the way htmlArea RTE handles inline elements.

Solution:
- A number of buttons may be configured for inserting various inline 
elements.
- Inline elements may also be applied to the text by means of a new 
formattext drop-down list.
- Improved behaviour and configuration options of the textstyle 
drop-down list
- Add classes to inline elements without additional span elements
- New Page TSConfig RTE sub-array mutuallyExclusiveClasses also applies 
to textstyle drop-down
- Assign multiple classes to inline elements
