Sure? I'm not aware of any open issues, and neither the bugtracker knows
about any issues. Can you be more specific, please?
> Why do we need to hurry with 4.2.4? Is it only because of DAM? I suggest we fix critical bugs first, than release a new version. Not everyone uses DAM but many use starttime/endtime and time functionality is broken for more than half a year. This is bad.
Actually I should be able to release a new stable version every random
day. Core is stable, if that isn't the case anymore we need to change
something.
If the number of new bugs in a stable version is almost bigger than the
fixes inside, there is something wrong with the review principle. Or we
must revert the FYI commit permissions as it seems they are a failure.
I was under the impression that there's only one remaining issue that
needs to be fixed for 4.2.4, and that happened earlier this week.
Because of that, I agreed with Michiel Roos that TYPO3 4.2.4 and DAM 1.1
can be released the same day, today.
If there are problems that would break such a release, I have to agree
with you we need to fix these first.
