[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fix bug #6836: htmlArea RTE cannot enter line break in Safari (Windows)

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
There is no way to insert line breaks in Safari under Windows.

Solution:
Insert line break when shift-enter is pressed.

Comments:
I think that under Mac OS X, option-enter should enter a line break, but 
cannot test.

When enterParagraphs is disabled, this patch will also make Safari 
insert br tags instead of div tags on pressing the enter key.
