Safari 3 Mac OS X:

<Enter>: RTE loses focus, I have to click into the RTE field
to enter text again;

and I found no way to enter a line break:

<Alt>+<Enter>: new paragraph (without losing focus!)
(the same with <Shift>+<Enter>)
<Option>+<Enter>: new paragraph, losing focus
