[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #529: update inline TypoScript help

Hi everybody,

I have just taken over the patch from Ingmar, who already did some small
functional changes. I just modified the formatting now.

So, this is hopefully the last and final patch to be included in trunk!

Please test and give feedback!
