[TYPO3-core] FYI: Remove exception catching in htmlArea RTE when setting styleWithCSS

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
An error in a previous patch went unnoticed because the error was 
catched when it should not have been.

Solution:
Avoid unnecessary exception catching. Test availability of the command.
