[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug 6640: htmlArea RTE tool bar is not updated in IE when up or down arrow is pressed

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When IE is used, the states of the tool bar and status bar are not 
updated when the up or down key is pressed.

Solution:
Let the RTE handle the event.
