[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug 5704: IRRE - Children on the table pages get the pid of the parent page in pagetree

Hi,

please wait with testing, I might have missed some workspaces things.
Furthermore IRRE can again contain multiple levels that were not
considered in this change. I'm working on it. IRRE caught me... ;-)
