[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug 5704: IRRE - Children on the table pages get the pid of the parent page in pagetree

Hi again,

here we go with a new patch that solves also copies with a multilevel
approach and the remapping of the pid if an ancestor was a field on a
page record.

I've testet this with many situations, e.g. page having a relation to a
set of data from the IRRE tutorial (hotel->offer->price). Thus, I
created in one step a new page, with some new hotels, with each of it
has some offers and again some prices on the next level.

Then I copied this page (see RFC #5718) with the different disposals of
relations of IRRE (comma separated values and foreign fields).

I hope that these both pathes (5704 and 5718) will be good friends now.
