[TYPO3-core] RFC: #4031 TYPO3 AJAX Pagetree

FYI, I just fixed another small bug of the AJAX page tree:
When expanding/collapsing the root branch, the icon jumped a few pixels
horizontally.

I also updated the t3skin version number from 0.0.1 to 0.1.0.
