Huh, nice one. typo3.org was *always* returning something, so it fetched the 
homepage and tried to parse it. Duh. I made typo3conf, typo3temp and 
fileadmin return 404 now if something is not found. Nice, eh? So this is 
fixed.

This needs to be fixed in getURL (ideas?). We can only check if it's there by 
trying to fetch it... so the 404 is a good thing in this case (see above).
