[TYPO3-core] RFC: Hide warning when graphicsmagick is used

This is a CVS patch request.

Problem:
If you set $TYPO3_CONF_VARS[GFX][im_version_5] to "gm" you will get a warning 
message at page 3 of the Install Tool:

"Warning: Mismatch between the version of ImageMagick () and the configuration 
of [GFX][im_version_5] (gm)"

Solution:
Add checks for possible string values which are not equal to "im_version_5=1"
