@all: Watch this note in the ChangeLog:

@Kasper: Just to be sure: I already asked you but now you updated these
files once more. Can I still remove these files?
- typo3/sysext/cms/ext_php_api.dat
- typo3/sysext/css_styled_content/ext_php_api.dat
- typo3/sysext/dbal/ext_php_api.dat
