[TYPO3-core] JavaDoc updates

Hi Folks,

Tonight after 18:00 I will update from CVS, then I will update the  
JavaDoc on all files in the core and commit it again. This should not  
conflict with any of your coding work but should be fully mergeable.  
However, I just wanted to warn you about this global update  ( AND  
PLEASE DO NOT commit stuff tonight after 18:00!!)
