[TYPO3-core] RFC: language selector in alt_doc

Thanks René,

I have one more suggestion (will probably do that on my own, so this is just
a reminder for myself):

If a font is not found, we should use t3lib_div::sysLog() instead of
debug().

We have to use this new feature much more in future.

Another question: Does that really need no documentation changes?
