[TYPO3-team-core-v5] First F3PR patch committed

Hi folks,

I just commited the updated F3PR patch from your last year's first
sprint. It took a while to get it running with the new namespaces
etc., because FLOW3 has changed a lot since then (that's my mainly my
fault of course).

Anyway, we got it in SVN now and it _basically_ works. However I had
to disable some unit tests and I'm asking you (Christopher, Tobi and
Thomas) to look at them again to clean them up and get them running.

I didn't only integrate your patch, I also adapted the code to the way
we now do unit tests. We currently try to get rid of all the
functional tests and completely remove the "TestPackage".

Of course there are some tests which are a bit tricky: Whenever a file
is written for example, you've got difficulties to mock the file
system. But there's also a solution for that - take a look at the
XMLWriter test for some examples.

What's still unsolved is of course the whole package activation /
versioning part. I don't recall the result of the last discussion but
it's not my top priority at the moment either. But if you feel like
compiling your ideas into an RFC again (I hope there isn't one I've
overseen), then please feel free to do so.

However, the cleanup part of today's commit should happen in the near
future - I hope you find some time for that.

Cheers,
robert
