[TYPO3-bugs] Help with typo3

Who can help me???

I use Typo3 3.8.0 for a time now and niw i have a problem in te text i have
made a copy of te failure i get.


Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /ict/typo3/alt_mod_frameset.php on this
server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/1.3.37 Server at www.btl-interim.nl Port 80

I get de failer if I go to page in the web menu. Can enybody please help me
with this problem.
