[TYPO3-bugs] Question about request handling

Hi,

I have an improvement-request for TYPO3 and also made the necessary patches.

I made the patches for 3.8.1, 4.0.4 and 4.1RC1.

How should I make the bug(!)-report?

a) Open a report for each TYPO3-version and attach the patch-file
b) Open one report and attach all patch-files?
