[TYPO3-v4] Remove SVN repository?

I'd say that eventually we should remove it completely but not now. The 
move to Git is too fresh and I guess many admins currently using SVN 
even do not have git installed.

Furthermore we should announce it once again to make sure every admin 
even if not actively monitoring those lists (or even not at all) has a 
chance to update any home-made update script and does not face some 
broken process without having been properly warned.

Ideally, we should also document the way somebody without git may 
download a nightly build of the project. Only then and after a grace 
period should we - from my POV - close svn.typo3.org.
