[TYPO3-v4] Remove SVN repository?

What's your opinion, what we should do with the SVN repository?

Should we (re)move it to prevent confusion or keep the outdated state?
A news will follow, but it might be possible that once in a while sb. 
tries to use the existing repository.

For archive reasons, we could at least move it to a different location 
on svn.typo3.org.

What's your opinion? Keep it or move it?
