[TYPO3-v4] Remove SVN repository?

Well, not quite ;-) There's also the repository for extensions, plus the 
core projects (or were they migrated too?), plus the documentation and I 
don't know what else. Eventually everything will be migrated to Git I 
suppose, but I don't think it's planned yet.
