[TYPO3-mvc] FED and TemplaVoila compatibility

Hi again Adrien,

Yep - my answer was a little too fast. You can install the Git masters of Flux and FED (Flux is a new dependency of FED) and immediately use the ViewHelpers with no other changes necessary.
