[TYPO3-mvc] reflection cache - keep even if site cache is emptied?

Hi Ralph,

the reflection cache is needed by all Extbase extensions as it stores
information about method annotations, parameters, and properties of classes.

So, I'd suggest we should try to find the root cause. Could you debug
the full MySQL INSERT and DELETE statement, and post it here in the list?
