[TYPO3-mvc] reflection cache - keep even if site cache is emptied?

hi sebastian,

i try to get it. really wonder myself about the bottle neck..
about "information about method annotations, parameters, and properties 
of classes." but isn't this information some kind of static as long as i 
don't touch the extension after installing? wouldn't it be enough to 
fill the table with information one time? and then only renew it after i 
changed my ext? (have aan extra extbase reflection clear button on my mind)
